El Joc Etern (The Eternal Game)

Roaming show with a mobile stage · working title

Three sea creatures, part clownesque, part mythical, search for the Eternal Game, a magical relic that lets whoever touches it play forever. They invite everyone they meet to join the hunt.

A crew of five performers travels with Windy, a three-wheeled electric Vespa driven by Jordi Torrens and towing a boat. Albert Pérez and tyle fernández are on stilts. When Windy stops, Jordi jumps onto his unicycle and passes juggling clubs with Albert up on his stilts. Albert, Jordi and tyle lead the games and the theatrical storyline.

The music comes from Alián Rodrigues and Stefano Ferraro, drawing on their work with Yiflauki and their electronic duo 3L3M3NTS: loop station, electronic sounds, drum kit, a handmade xylophone and didgeridoos made from plastic tubes, and piezo microphones that turn the boat into an instrument. tyle joins in on trumpet or accordion.

In 2027 we will spend a research period creating and testing 10–15 participatory games in the street, with accessibility (touch, vibration, sign language) built into the games themselves. The premiere will follow the research.

El Joc Etern is a new show. We are still making it.

3 sea creatures look for a magic game. They invite the audience to look for the game.

They travel with Windy. Windy is an electric scooter that pulls a boat. The boat is also a musical instrument.

There are 5 artists. They do stilts, unicycle, juggling, music and games.

In 2027 we will invent games for all people. You can touch the games, feel them as vibrations and play them in sign language.
